Gravity Anomaly Over a Vertical Shaft

This JavaScript application will produce synthetic gravity anomalies over a buried vertical shaft. You can use this script to design a gravity survey for the project described in the request for bid. The gray rectangle represents a vertical shaft with a specific radius, depth of burial, and density contrast. The depth of burial can be changed by clicking the up and down arrow buttons to the left of the page or by pressing the up and down arrow keys on your keyboard. The radius of the shaft can be varied by clicking the left and right control arrows to the left, or by using the left and right keyboard arrow buttons. All other parameters are varied with the slider bars. In addition to parameters that control the shaft, you can also vary parameters that control gravity survey from which you will interpret observations. These parameters include the spacing between gravity readings, the number of gravity readings to be average at each station, and the expected standard deviation of the observed gravity readings.
